Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet rice flour and sugar.
- Gradually add water, stirring continuously until a soft dough forms.
- Roll small portions of the dough into balls, about the size of a marble.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently drop the dango balls in, cooking until they float to the surface (about 4-5 minutes).
- Remove the dango with a slotted spoon and rinse with cold water.
- Roll them in preferred coatings or drizzle with syrup before serving.
