- 8 oz fresh lump crab meat
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente, salting the water generously.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until golden and fragrant.
- Gently toss in the cooked linguine and crab meat, stirring to combine without breaking up the crab.
- Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss well to heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while warm.
Notes
For substitutions, shrimp can be used instead of crab, and dried herbs can be used in a pinch. Pair with a side salad and a chilled white wine.
