Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package directions in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- In a deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the lump crab meat gently to the skillet.
- Pour in a splash of pasta water, followed by the lemon juice and zest. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the drained linguine, ensuring it is well coated. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss in freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
