Delicious and fluffy blueberry donuts made effortlessly in an air fryer, perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
- Lightly grease donut molds and scoop the batter into the molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow them to cool slightly before transferring them to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze if desired.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free flour. You can replace eggs with flaxseed meal mixed with water for a vegan version.
