  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup whole roasted almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and whole almonds.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
