Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden and centers are slightly underbaked.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
