Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and apple cider to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently to form a dough.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden-brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
