- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, beat the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg followed by the apple cider until combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet, stirring until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of vanilla extract or finely chopped walnuts. Avoid overmixing the dough for tender cookies.
