Description
A delicious Bacon Ranch Cheeseburger that combines crispy bacon, juicy beef, and creamy ranch dressing for an unforgettable flavor experience.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 burger buns (brioche or whole wheat)
- Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for toppings
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into patties, making a slight indentation in the center.
- In the same skillet or on the grill, add the burger patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and place a slice of cheese on top for the last minute of cooking to let the cheese melt.
- On the bottom half of each bun, drizzle some ranch. Place the patty with melted cheese on top, then layer with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Finish by adding the top bun.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the beef for an hour with ranch seasoning mixed with olive oil. Avoid pressing the patties while cooking to retain juices.
