  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 12 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 tbsp high-quality honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice one side of each Medjool date and remove the pit.
  3. Spoon about a teaspoon of goat cheese into each date.
  4. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Place the wrapped dates on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Drizzle with honey before serving warm.
