- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup whole milk (or buttermilk)

- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined, then pour into dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups about three-quarters full with batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
- Optional: Drizzle with a simple glaze made from powdered sugar and a splash of milk.
