Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined, then pour into dry ingredients.
  4. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
  5. Fill muffin cups about three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Optional: Drizzle with a simple glaze made from powdered sugar and a splash of milk.
