- 1 egg, for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle thyme on top.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing it entirely.
- Brush the pastry with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with sliced baguette, crackers, or fresh fruit.
