Description
A rich and creamy appetizer featuring baked Brie topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce, perfect for sharing on festive occasions.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (for garnish)
- Honey (optional)
- Crispy baguette or assorted crackers (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle honey over the top if desired.
- Spread cranberry sauce generously on top of the Brie. Sprinkle fresh herbs for added flavor.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is gooey and warm.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving with sliced baguette or crackers.
Notes
To avoid overpowering the Brie, use a balanced layer of cranberry sauce. Let the cheese rest after baking for easier serving.
