Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a small dollop of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square, followed by a piece of brie.
- Sprinkle a little brown sugar or honey over the brie if desired.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the brie and cranberry.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over to form a parcel and pinch the seams to seal.
- Brush the top of each parcel with the egg wash.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until golden and flaky.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Consider sprinkling sea salt on top before baking for added flavor.
