Ingredients

  • 4 Turkey Wings
  • 1 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat-dry the turkey wings and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together cranberry juice, pomegranate seeds, garlic, honey, and herbs.
  4. Coat the turkey wings with the glaze and reserve some for basting.
  5. Place the wings in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, baste the wings with reserved glaze, and roast uncovered for an additional 25-30 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness at 165°F (74°C) and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with extra pomegranate seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, broil the wings for the last few minutes of cooking. Don’t skip drying the wings before seasoning for optimal crispiness.
