Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

- Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Allow to simmer until slightly thickened, then stir in lemon juice and zest.
