- 1 package all-butter puff pastry (thawed)
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles (about 3 inches wide).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl and mix in the brown sugar until well blended.
- Place a spoonful of the banana mixture at the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle or rectangle and seal the edges tightly.
- Place the pastry bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Serve with chocolate sauce for an extra indulgence. These bites can also be frozen before baking.
