- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- Prepare the prawns: Clean and devein shell-on prawns or peel them, leaving the tail on if desired.
- Make the marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped herbs, and spices.
- Marinate: Coat the prawns with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to medium-high.
- Skewering: Thread prawns onto skewers, spacing them slightly apart.
- Grilling: Cook the skewers on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and grill-marked.
- Serving: Remove from the grill, sprinkle with herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
