Instructions
- Prepare the Berries: Wash fresh berries. Slice strawberries; keep raspberries and blueberries whole.
- Blend: In a blender, combine yogurt, sweetener, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Incorporate the Berries: Gently fold in the prepared berries.
- Pour into Molds: Pour mixture into popsicle molds, filling 3/4 full.
- Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks and freeze completely for 4-6 hours or overnight.
