- 1 can kidney or black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 packet taco seasoning

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground meat over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sautéing until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic for another minute.
- Sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir well to combine with meat and vegetables.
- Pour in diced tomatoes, beans, corn, and broth. Stir everything together and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and let cook for 20-30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
