  • 4 oz blue cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 12 teaspoons honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or rosemary (chopped)
  • Parchment paper (for lining baking sheet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each pear in half lengthwise and remove the core with a spoon.
  3. In a bowl, mix blue cheese and cream cheese until smooth, then add walnuts and herbs, mixing well. Stir in honey.
  4. Stuff each pear half with the blue cheese mixture.
  5. Place the pears on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with additional honey.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tender and cheese starts to brown.
  7. Garnish with additional nuts or herbs if desired and serve warm.
