Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve each pear and remove the seeds and core with a melon baller or spoon.
- In a bowl, mix together the blue cheese, chopped nuts, and honey.
- Stuff each pear half generously with the cheese mixture, allowing it to mound slightly.
- Place the stuffed pears in a baking dish and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
