Description

A delightful Blueberry Crumble Cheesecake featuring a creamy filling with a crunchy crumble topping, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs one by one, mixing well. Fold in blueberries gently. Pour over the cooled crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter to form crumbs and sprinkle over the cheesecake filling.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly wobbly. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let cool inside for 1 hour.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother texture. Don’t rush the chilling time for best results.
