Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until 1/4 inch thick and place it in a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread fresh blueberries evenly over the pastry and pour the custard mixture over the blueberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and custard is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving warm or at room temperature.
