Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the dough and separate it into triangles. For biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Prepare the sausages, allowing them to cool if cooked in advance or use pre-cooked sausages.
- Roll the sausages tightly in the dough starting from the wider end of the triangle.
- Place them on the baking sheet, leaving space in between each.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt or herbs, if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
