Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté your mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until softened. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt and cooled mushrooms, then mix in chopped herbs.
  6. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
