A delightful iced coffee combining brown sugar and vanilla for a refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups freshly brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Milk or cream (to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate shavings, cinnamon
Instructions
- Brew the coffee. Allow to cool or chill in the refrigerator.
- In a saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Heat until dissolved, then mix in vanilla extract.
- In a tall glass, fill halfway with ice cubes. Pour cooled coffee over ice, add the brown sugar mixture, and stir to combine.
- Add milk or cream to your desired consistency and stir gently.
- Top with optional toppings if desired, then serve and enjoy.
Notes
For a smoother flavor, try using cold brew coffee. Chill all ingredients for the best refreshing experience.
