Description

A stunning centerpiece dish featuring creamy burrata cheese surrounded by colorful roasted vegetables and fresh herbs, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop your assorted veggies into uniform pieces, toss them with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes until tender.
  4. On a large platter, arrange the roasted vegetables in a wreath shape, leaving space in the center.
  5. Gently place the burrata in the center and slice it slightly to let the creamy interior out.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

When arranging your wreath, aim for a colorful mix of vegetables. Keep the burrata chilled until just before serving for the best experience.
