Description

A stunning Burrata Wreath featuring creamy burrata surrounded by vibrant roasted vegetables and fresh herbs, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 zucchinis, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces and spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic; toss to combine.
  4. Roast the vegetables for 20-25 minutes, until tender and golden.
  5. Prepare your serving platter with a circular wreath shape made from fresh herbs.
  6. Once done, allow vegetables to cool slightly and arrange them around the wreath.
  7. Gently place the burrata in the center, making a small cut to let the creamy insides ooze out.
  8. Drizzle with more olive oil, finish with fresh herbs and cracked pepper, then serve immediately.

Notes

For substitutions, mozzarella can be used instead of burrata; seasonal vegetables can also be varied based on availability.
