  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Cream the butter until smooth, then gradually add the sugar mixture.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, and then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in butterscotch chips and toffee bits gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
