  • Chopped bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chicken with Cajun seasoning in olive oil until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove and shred the chicken.
  2. In the same skillet, cook chopped onions and bell peppers until tender (about 5 minutes).
