Ingredients

- Lemon (for squeezing)
Instructions
- Prep the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Season Generously: Sprinkle Cajun seasoning all over the fillets.
- Make the Honey Butter: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey.
- Pan-Seal the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Glaze and Flip: Carefully flip the salmon, brush with honey butter, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
