Delicious mini phyllo pastry bites filled with creamy Brie, tart cranberries, and crunchy candied pecans, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini phyllo pastry shells
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup candied pecans, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp balsamic reduction (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
  3. Place cubed Brie cheese inside each phyllo cup.
  4. Top with fresh cranberries.
  5. Sprinkle chopped candied pecans over the cranberries.
  6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over each filled cup.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melting.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic reduction if using, and serve warm.
