- 12 mini phyllo pastry shells
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cubed
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- ½ cup candied pecans, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic reduction (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
- Place cubed Brie cheese inside each phyllo cup.
- Top with fresh cranberries.
- Sprinkle chopped candied pecans over the cranberries.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over each filled cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melting.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction if using, and serve warm.
