- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Toffee Bits
- 1 cup Caramel Bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the toffee and caramel bits.
- Scoop dough onto lined baking sheets, leaving space between balls.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chilling the dough before baking can help reduce spreading. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
