- Fresh mint leaves (10-12 leaves per drink)
- 2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce heavy cream (or coconut cream)
- Club soda
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Gather fresh mint leaves and rinse them gently. Squeeze the juice from two limes.
- In a cocktail shaker, add mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup. Muddle gently to release mint oils.
- Pour in the cream and mix gently.
- Add ice and rum, then shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel. Enjoy!
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with sparkling water. Adjust sweetness to taste.
