Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the crust, leaving a bit of crust uncovered.
  4. Arrange the cheese tortellini over the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the pepperoni slices evenly over the tortellini.
  6. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Season with oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Bake on a pizza stone or baking sheet for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
