- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, scooping out a bit of the inside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, and herbs until smooth.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, allowing it to overflow slightly.
- Drizzle with olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and cheese is bubbly.
