Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool briefly on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute almond flour for all-purpose flour. Experiment with toppings like melted chocolate or powdered sugar.
