Instructions

- Gently mix in the chopped cherries.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool briefly on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute almond flour for all-purpose flour. Experiment with toppings like melted chocolate or powdered sugar.
