  • 4 large eggs

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 cups cherries (fresh or canned)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.
  3. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; stir until combined.
  4. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring incorporation before adding the next.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Sift in all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, gently mixing until just combined.
  7. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until fluffy.
  9. Remove the brownie base from the oven and spread the cheesecake layer over it.
  10. Dollop the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake; swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  11. Scatter cherries on top.
  12. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, until edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
  13. Cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute butter with coconut oil, and for gluten-free, use almond or coconut flour. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
