Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients.
  5. Gently fold in any optional ingredients like nuts or chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
