- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- Ice cream (flavor of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs until combined.
- Grease a rimmed baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool the brownies completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, slice into squares.
- Assemble sandwiches by placing a scoop of ice cream between two brownie squares.
- Freeze assembled sandwiches for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to use different ice cream flavors or add nuts and chocolate chips to the brownie mix for added texture.
