Creamy Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells filled with shredded chicken, cheese, and a touch of fresh herbs, baked to perfection.

- Large pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach or other greens
- Fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, half of the Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, garlic, and spinach.
- Fill each pasta shell with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
- Spread a layer of the remaining Alfredo sauce in a baking dish and arrange the stuffed shells side by side.
- Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with sautéed mushrooms or ricotta cheese mixed with spinach. Serve with a crisp green salad or garlic bread.
