- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 good-quality burger buns (brioche or whole grain)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Fresh cilantro or basil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- Pepper, to taste
- Spiced seasoning (smoked paprika or chili powder)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Mash the ripe avocados, mixing in lime juice, salt, pepper, and herbs to make the avocado sauce.
- Grill the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few minutes before the chicken finishes cooking.
- Assemble the burger by spreading avocado sauce on the buns, adding grilled chicken, and topping with preferred veggies.
- Serve warm with a side salad or sweet potato fries.
