Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mash the ripe avocados, mixing in lime juice, salt, pepper, and herbs to make the avocado sauce.
  3. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few minutes before the chicken finishes cooking.
