Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces, wash and cut broccoli into florets, and mince the garlic.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Garlic and Broccoli: Toss in minced garlic and broccoli florets. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until broccoli is bright green and slightly tender.
- Finish with Sauce: Drizzle in soy sauce and stir to coat chicken and broccoli evenly.
- Serve Over Rice/Quinoa: Prepare rice or quinoa as per package instructions, then serve the chicken and broccoli mixture over it.
- Garnish: Optional—sprinkle sesame seeds or sliced green onions on top.
