Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and sour cream, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in the frozen vegetables.
  4. Fold in the chicken nuggets until coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese has melted.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
