- 2 cups frozen chicken nuggets
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and sour cream, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the frozen vegetables.
- Fold in the chicken nuggets until coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese has melted.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Add sautéed vegetables for extra flavor and consider using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter option.
