Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in chipotle sauce, salt, and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F; let rest before slicing.
  3. Prep the vegetables by chopping lettuce, tomatoes, and any other toppings. Gather fresh herbs and cheese.
