Ingredients
- Boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
- Chipotle sauce
- Ranch dressing
- Large flour tortillas
- Crunchy lettuce
- Juicy tomatoes
- Creamy avocado
- Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in chipotle sauce, salt, and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F; let rest before slicing.
- Prep the vegetables by chopping lettuce, tomatoes, and any other toppings. Gather fresh herbs and cheese.
- Assemble the burrito by adding ranch dressing, chicken, veggies, and cheese to a tortilla.
- Wrap the tortilla snugly, folding the sides in and rolling from the bottom; optionally grill the burrito for an additional minute on each side.
- Cut the burrito in half and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.
Notes
