- 1 jar maraschino cherries (drained and pitted)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or dark)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 3 eggs

Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Batter according to the package instructions or homemade recipe.
- Chill the cherries by patting them dry with a paper towel.
- Take a small scoop of brownie batter, place a cherry in the center, and wrap the batter around it to form a ball.
- Bake the brownie bombs on a lined baking sheet according to the brownie mix instructions.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each cooled brownie ball in melted chocolate, coating fully.
- Place the coated bombs on parchment paper and let them set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
