Delicious brownies topped with fresh strawberries and rich chocolate ganache, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (for ganache)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8″x8″ baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the butter and half of the chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Once the butter mixture cools slightly, whisk in the sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients until combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- While the brownies cool, melt the remaining chocolate and cream in a small saucepan for ganache.
- Once cooled, drizzle the ganache over the brownies and allow to set before slicing.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired.
Notes
For a vegan option, use almond milk and flaxseed as an egg substitute. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
