Instructions
- Finely chop your choice of nuts and toast them lightly in a skillet.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped nuts, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Add bourbon and vanilla extract to create a workable dough.
- Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the dough.
- Refrigerate the balls on a lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
