- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, melt the butter and allow to cool slightly. Add milk, eggs, and peanut butter, and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold together until just combined.
- Pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway.
- Add chocolate chips in the center of each filled donut, then cover with more batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before transferring to a wire rack and icing with a mixture of powdered sugar and milk.
